Aerobics Class Descriptions

Aquarobics

Join us for an upbeat exhilarating workout combining cardio and toning in the water! You'll leave feeling refreshed and empowered with no impact to your joints. No swimming skills are required.

Ballroom Blitz

Taught as a partner free dance fitness class, Ballroom Blitz teaches dance styles including the Quickstep, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha Cha and Jive. This easy to learn format is suitable for all levels, no matter what your ballroom experience. Expect great fitness results and plenty of fun!

Basic Fitness Pilates

Enjoy a mind body workout to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body, increasing flexibility and improving posture. The focus is on control and techniques, bringing the results you want - quickly! Suitable for all.

Fitness Pilates

An easy to follow class suitable for all. This class uses traditional Pilate’s techniques, but places a strong emphasis on stretching your muscles to tone your body and improve your flexibility.

Body Shred

Basic level of fitness required. A high energy fusion of Pilates, Boxing and Dance.
Transform yourself into a tough boxer, a graceful ballerina and a hip street dancer, all in the same class.

Circuits

To suit intermediate/advanced level of fitness. An all over body workout using all the muscles in your body. Spend time at various stations performing an exercise before moving onto a different exercise at timed intervals.

Insanity

All levels. High intensity all over body workout.

KS Spiked

All levels and ages. Works on the 30/30 ratio of imaginative HIIT training that spikes up the heart rate to burn maximum calories using the best cutting edge, low impact exercises. (HIIT Stands for high intensity interval training).

KS Extreme

High intensity low impact pyramid training with multi-level modifications makes this a workout for all levels and ages. Led by fully qualified KS Extreme instructors.

Pump FX

A resistance training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body using barbells and adjustable weights. set to motivational music. Suitable for all - see results fast!!

Step Tonic

A medium to high intensity workout. Basic step choreography with beginner level combination alternatives

Step N Tone

A combination of simple step movementsset to motivational music for a fun and effective workout. Followed by legs, bums and tums exercises to tone and strengthen the whole body. Ideal for beginners.

Total Body Conditioning

Class for all. Get ready to shape, tone and burn fat with this uncomplicated, effective, all over body workout.

Total Torso Training

Suitable for all. Exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility. Performed at a low concentrated pace.

Zumba
